"I am the executor of an estate of a decedent who died in 2/22. Mr. Slaydon was informed of the death. I recently received a billing for a renewal policy on decedent's home furnishings. I have called now 3 times and can only get an answering service no matter when I call. I once talked to a person who took down decedent's information and said I would get a call back. No response. Not being able to contact Mr. Slaydon or a representative after multiple tries is unsatisfactory. I would recommend against ever purchasing insurance from him or his agency. "Today I called my agent’s office and Kristin answered the phone. I had lots of questions about our twins starting the journey towards becoming licensed drivers. Friends had scared me about what we would see at the end of the journey, HUGE PREMIUM INCREASE. Kristin listened to all of my concerns, answered every question I had and the ones I didn’t think to ask. We have been State Farm policy holders for over 2 decades. There are companies out there that will bend over backwards for the new customer to gain and retain their business and forget about those who have been with them for the long haul. I had some issues with a previous agent (at a different office) that had not updated our information after several requests. Kristin was able to answer every question I had and even made great suggestions on how to better cover my husband and I. I also needed documents for my husband's job and she sent them to me by the end of the day, just as she said she would. I am very satisfied with how professional and kind Kristin is and I will never be afraid to call her with anything I need."
